Welcome to Banneker Career and Transition Center. We provide high quality curriculum and instruction in our Work-Based Learning program to enable our young adult students to be job-equipped, workforce ready, and maximally independent.

Our Mission

Banneker CTC is dedicated to providing rigorous vocational training and instructional programs for students ages 18-22 with moderate-to-severe disabilities on the Alternate Curriculum for the purpose of maximizing each student’s potential, leading to successful outcomes in adult life. The program is designed to maximize student independence, development of vocational abilities (employability), preparation for adult life and to train students to access adult support services.
